01What We Offer

BirthdayCard.in lets you create personalised birthday cards and birthday videos in three simple steps:

• Choose a template — browse our library of birthday card and video templates.
• Edit your way — add a name, custom message, photo, and music using our online editor.
• Download & share — download your card or video instantly and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.

All templates are digital, editable products. We do not print, ship, or deliver any physical item — everything is created and delivered online.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on BirthdayCard.in.

03Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in INR and are payable at the time you place your order. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. By paying, you authorise Cashfree to process the transaction on our behalf; we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.

04Refunds & Cancellations

Because every card and video is a digital product generated instantly and made available for download right after payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a template has been unlocked, edited, or downloaded. We recommend using the free preview before you pay. Refunds are considered only in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment was deducted but the order was never confirmed or delivered due to a technical error on our end.

To request a refund under the above conditions, contact us within 7 days of payment with your order details.

05Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, artwork, and editor tools on BirthdayCard.in remain the property of BirthdayCard.in. When you purchase a template, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download, edit, and share the final card or video for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the underlying template design itself.

Any photo, name, or message you upload remains yours. By uploading it, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us a limited licence to use it only to generate your card or video.

06Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these Terms.

07Third-Party Services

Our site relies on third-party services such as Cashfree Payments for checkout and WhatsApp for sharing and support. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

08Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

BirthdayCard.in is provided "as is". We work hard to keep templates, the editor, and downloads working smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

09Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

10Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BirthdayCard.in after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We'll always update the "Last updated" date above.
